• For international orders, shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order to ensure accurate delivery.

We recommend providing a residential or office address for delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or locations where the recipient cannot be clearly identified, due to the high value of our products.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Delivery times vary based on your order:

• For custom-made or made-to-order garments, please allow 6–7 weeks for production, and up to 2 months for bridal lehengas.
  
• Ready-to-ship items and standard sizes will typically be delivered within 7-10 business days within India.

To ensure timely delivery worldwide, we partner with multiple reliable shipping providers, as a single provider may not have comprehensive coverage in all regions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email within 48 hours with your shipping provider’s details and tracking information.
